▶ PROCEED
JWST Mirror (JMC), NEO Alert (NEO), Exoplanet Auth (EDA), Launch Corridor (LCC), Station-Keeping (SSK) — pass all MAT gates, SFS 64–80% ≥ 58% threshold. Mission authorised.
● HOP
Deep Space Manoeuvre [DSM] — passes every MAT gate. SFS 54.0% below 58% confidence threshold. Held for senior mission controller. Thermal margin, human auth level, deviation ceiling all at threshold boundary.
■ BLOCK
Solar Radiation Event, Orbital Debris Conjunction, Thermal Breach, Data Integrity Failure, Unauthorised AI Manoeuvre — fail one or more MAT gates. Mission execution refused.
Deep Space Manoeuvre [DSM] passes all gates at boundary threshold values. SFS 54.0% is below the 58% confidence threshold. Held for senior mission controller review — this is the correct HOP trigger by design.
AGENT RACE

Same mandate: find best risk-adjusted instrument within parameters. Ungoverned agents execute at lowest cost — zero compliance checks, zero sanctions screen, zero volatility check. Governed agents run the full token chain. Solar radiation events, orbital debris conjunctions, and Unauthorised AI Manoeuvres are blocked by the MAT gate. UCC — User Compliance Code · DBS — Local Privacy Boundary
UCC converts each space mission parameter to a [0,1] band using one formula and named authority ranges. Local Privacy Boundary deletes raw values. Only bands travel forward — zero personal data leaves this step.
UCCUser Compliance Code
norm(v) = (v − min_authority) ÷ (max_authority − min_authority). The min and max come from named published regulatory authorities — NASA, ESA, IAU, CCSDS, COPUOS — not from the demo. This is what makes the normalization neutral and domain-agnostic.
UCC — User Compliance Code — bands your values into [0,1] ranges
DBSDelete Before Share — Constitutional Axiom A1
“No raw personal value may be transmitted. Only the normalized 0→1 band derived from it.”

This is not a data protection policy. It is a constitutional rule of the architecture. The raw value is deleted on-device before any band is transmitted. A regulator, an product, or an auditor can verify 100% of governance decisions without ever seeing a budget, a passport number, or a health profile.

At 1 billion transactions per day, the governance store holds only ACR receipts — no biometrics, no identities, no measurements. Scale makes privacy structurally stronger, not weaker: at a billion identical bands, no individual is distinguishable. Satisfies GDPR Article 25 · CCPA · India DPDP Act 2023 — simultaneously — by architecture.
DBS — raw values deleted — bands transmitted
S3–4 · MAT
MAT — Match Authorisation Token · hard gate
MAT checks each instrument's published values against your [0,1] bands. Any gate failure = BLOCKED. No instrument reaches execution past a breached gate. No exceptions. This is what makes the Doctrine non-bypassable.
MATManufacturing Authorization Token
MAT fires for each product against each band. If product authenticity normalised < your auth_band lower bound → gate fires. Any fired gate = product blocked. SFS = 0. Payment refused. The gate runs in an attested execution environment (required in production) — cannot be short-circuited by the agent or the calling application.
What every ungoverned AI agent checks before paying
Nothing.
Price < budget + seat available. The table below is the full MAT gate trace — what the Doctrine adds before any payment is authorized.
MAT gate trace — 6 gates — your band vs each product — every number explicit
product Thermal ≤mK Precision ≥% Telemetry ≥% Auth ≥ Deviation ≤mm/s Zone (any) Result
Green = passes gate · Red = fails gate · Any red = BLOCKED · Routing is binary: direct/not-direct is a fact, not a metric
S4 · PDT
PDT — Product Design Token
PDT is the mission specification the space governance system carries. It defines exactly what is being authorised — instrument, thermal band, command precision, telemetry integrity, human auth level, deviation ceiling, MAT-verified parameters. It is attached to the ACR. Without a PDT, the ACR says "purchase authorized" but not what was authorized.
PDTProduct Design Token
The PDT answers: what exactly is the agent purchase? It captures the product specification — instrument class, command execution window, counterparty ID, jurisdiction compliance — in a structured token that travels with the ACR. PDT is generated only for MAT-passing products.
PDT — product specification for recommended product
Run your query (USP step) to generate PDT.

S5 · SFS
SFS — Instrument Fit Score
SFS ranks only the instruments that passed all MAT gates. Weighted: Precision 35% + Auth level 30% + Thermal(inv) 15% + Telemetry 10% + Deviation(inv) 10%. Top-ranked authorised instrument receives the OCT PROCEED instruction. If SFS falls below 58% confidence threshold → OCT issues HOP.
SFSService-Product Fit Score
SFS only applies to MAT-passing products. A blocked product has SFS = 0 by definition. SFS is not a filter — it is a ranking within the compliant set. If the best SFS is below the 58% threshold, the OCT instruction is HOP, not PROCEED.
SFS ranking — MAT-passing products only — formula shown
S6 · ACR
ACR — Actuation Compliance Receipt
ACR is sealed before any space command executes. Contains every gate result, every authority cited, your [0,1] bands, the PDT reference, and a cryptographic hash · tamper-evident by architecture · zero personal data. No space agency, no mission control, no autonomous spacecraft AI has ever issued this before the command executes. Not once.
ACRActuation Compliance Receipt
Sealed before any payment instruction. Hash covers: gate results, authority citations, [0,1] bands, PDT reference, recommended product, timestamp. Any change to any field invalidates the hash. Regulator auditing 10 million transactions sees only bands — never a consumer name or exact budget.
ACR — sealed pre-execution — generated from your inputs
S7 · OCT
OCT — Orchestration and Compliance Token
OCT is the machine-readable instruction the space mission system receives after the full chain completes. PROCEED = authorise command. BLOCK = command refused. HOP = hold for senior mission controller. The agent executes the instruction — it does not interpret it.
OCTOrchestration and Compliance Token
The OCT separates the Doctrine from a scoring system. A scoring system gives the agent a number and lets it decide. The OCT gives the agent an instruction. Three outcomes, no fourth option: PROCEED, BLOCK, or HOP.
HOP — who is the human and when does it fire
THE HUMAN IS NOT THE consumer
The consumer configured USP — budget, OTP, settlement. That decision is already captured. The enterprise authority is the human in HOP: a corporate travel manager, procurement compliance officer, or risk authority. They deployed the governance engine. They set the confidence threshold. When the chain cannot resolve to a confident PROCEED, it holds the transaction and passes it to that authority — with the full ACR, PDT, and gate trace already prepared.
WHEN DOES HOP FIRE?
1. All gates pass but SFS < 58%. Requirements met, confidence too low for autonomous purchase. Human decides.

2. Novel supplier. Quality data is thin. Gates pass on current values. Confidence low. Human reviews.

3. Policy conflict. Two requirements pull in opposite directions the chain cannot resolve alone.

In this demo: Passing products score 60–63% → PROCEED. HOP does not fire here because these are established carriers with clear data. HOP fires in domains where supplier quality varies more — logistics, pharma, construction.
OCT per product — every product — exact instruction — exact reason
product OCT Instruction SFS Reason / Agent action
S9 · FTWE
FTWE — Hardware at Risk Estimator
FTWE is the quantifiable structural output of the token chain — the consequence of every BLOCK, PROCEED, and HOP decision. Not a report generated after the fact. A property of the chain itself. On a typical space governance run: the doctrine ensures only authorised commands can execute on $10B JWST hardware — preventing UAM events, thermal breaches, and orbital debris conjunctions from executing without a governance receipt.
FTWEFair and Transparent Waste Estimator

Command authorisation — sealed before the uplink transmits
Thrust vector, attitude precision, thermal ceiling, debris conjunction probability — all normalised to [0,1] bands. MAT gates every command before it reaches the spacecraft. A blocked manoeuvre has a sealed ACR — not a discretionary refusal. An authorised command carries a governance receipt — not a probabilistic clearance without proof. Every mission command: before the uplink fires.

Mission data sovereignty — Delete-Before-Share at space operations scale
Global space operations transmit petabytes of telemetry data annually — spacecraft identifiers, trajectory parameters, mission profiles — transmitted, stored, and replicated across ground stations. Delete-Before-Share: raw mission data deleted before it leaves the control system. Only the normalised band travels. At constellation scale, DBS materially reduces cross-network transmission of raw mission-linked data. Privacy encoded into architecture — not promised by policy.

Every credit decision today — every loan approved, every payment cleared, every capital ratio checked — is governed by systems that are fragmented, domain-specific, and non-portable. No unified scale checks them against a pre-authorised range and seals a record before execution. The 0→1 Doctrine changes one thing: the receipt comes before the decision. Not after the loss. Not after the investigation.

2027–2030 · Petabyte Mission Privacy
Credit data: never leaves your device.
Global banking processes zettabytes of customer data annually — identity records, transaction histories, income figures. Delete-Before-Share resolves this architecturally. The raw credit score, income, and repayment history are deleted before they leave the device. Only the [0,1] band travels. There is no data store to breach because there is no data store. Privacy encoded into architecture — not promised by policy.

2030–2035 · Sovereign AI Finance
Constellation AI governs 34,000+ satellites globally — with a receipt.
AGI-class space systems will manage orbital manoeuvres, collision avoidance, and spectrum allocation at speeds no human committee can match. Attitude bands. Conjunction probability bands. Frequency bands. Every parameter governed against ITU and COPUOS standards before execution. The spacecraft AI that proposes a trajectory above its authorised band is blocked — not overruled. Blocked. The receipt proves it.
2033–2038 · Quantum Finance
The $630T derivatives market: governed by the same gate on every substrate.
Quantum computers will process derivatives pricing at speeds no classical system can match. The 0→1 Doctrine's band intersection arithmetic is substrate-independent. The same five steps apply on a paper loan agreement in a rural bank and on a post-quantum ML-DSA node processing $630T in notional derivatives simultaneously. Every financial record is a future quantum target. The ACR survives the transition. The ledger survives.

2035–2042 · AGI Economic Singularity
AGI manages economies. The gate manages AGI.
Greater AI capability meets the same gate. Every output — AGI, autonomous agents, swarms, robotics, and quantum-assisted systems — stops outside the band and routes to a verified human. Where jurisdictions conflict, the strictest applicable band prevails. The economic singularity faces the band first. Every known threat superintelligence poses to global finance meets the same gate. Band Sovereignty Theorem: no AI output may act on any governed financial system unless pre-approved by human authority.
2040–2050 · One Scale · Every Economy
A single JWST actuator command. A planetary-scale NEO alert. Same gate.
Mumbai clears the same gate as London. A developing nation's central bank clears the same gate as the Fed, ECB, and BoE. When AI-driven capital makes automation cheaper than the lowest-cost human labour, developing nations lose their primary growth ladder. Band-based normalisation expresses every nation's financial capability on a comparable scale — making structural gaps visible and addressable by policy. One invention. One digital lingua franca. Every financial parameter. Every jurisdiction.

Solves the problem of solving problems — in global finance
"When Keynes mapped demand, Ricardo traced comparative advantage, and Arrow identified market failures, none foresaw there would be AI — and a need to govern decisions at the millisecond it executes. The 0→1 Doctrine's axioms and theorems propose a way to govern it. Human need normalised. Supply capability normalised. Bands compared. Proof issued. Or human called. Mathematics now exists. Humanity has an invention."

Compatibility Lab

The same governance chain — USP · UCC · MAT · SFS · ACR · OCT — runs identically across every foundation model. The doctrine does not change. Only the AI beneath it changes.

This demonstration uses Claude Sonnet 4.6 via the Anthropic API. In Live Mode, your API key is used solely for this request and never stored. The governed vs ungoverned comparison is a conceptual demonstration of the 0→1 Doctrine architecture (PCT/IN2025/051943). Mock responses in Demo Mode are illustrative only. Real governance deployments require full chain integration.
